Our return window is within 14 days of purchase or the delivery date if purchased online. Purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only, provided that the items are unworn, unwashed, unused, and have the original tickets attached.

Items will be inspected and must be approved for return. We reserve the right to deny a return if the above conditions are not met.
Refunds will be issued in the form of an e-gift card and sent to the email provided at the time of purchase.

How to Exchange:
We understand that sometimes an item may not fit or work the way you hoped! We want to make sure that you get that perfect piece. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at returns@shearboutique.com. The original item should be sent back to the returns address above. Once we receive the item you wish to exchange, your new item will be shipped out. You will not be charged for return shipping, only once we ship out the new item.
For your convenience, we will also gladly process both in-store & online returns/exchanges at our retail location.
Defective/Incorrect Item:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at service@shearboutique.com within 72 hours if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item/size.
